Chess Success: Our First PS11 Tournament sold out!

With over 200 kids registered to play, the first PS11 Chelsea Chessmates Tournament was a smashing success. Along with our amazing ICN coaches we organized a fantastic first tournament. The whole team including our newest K-1 kids came out in full force to support the tournament. We placed first in the U300 and U700 sections. Individual winners were Patrick (second place) Seneca (third place)  and Uri (fifth place)  in the U300 section with perfect scores. In the U700 section, Ash (fifth place) and Elliott (ninth place) took home trophies. A huge thank you to the PTA, Coach Fier, Coach Russ, ICN and Mr Bender for making this happen! We look forward to making our next tournament in Spring bigger and better.
