About the Student Council at PS 11
The Student Council at PS 11 is comprised up 2 representatives from every fourth and fifth grade class. Once elected in September, the council works together to run a school-wide election for President and Vice President, held the day before Election Day. Campaign posters are hung, and an assembly is held. Student candidates give speeches and the entire school votes.
