FINAL SESSIONS:
ALL FAMILIES MUST COME IN TO CREATE AN EMERGENCY CONTACT CARD FOR EACH STUDENT
These cards are mandatory for ALL students attending PS11 in 2013-14. If you can not make these times, please contact Parent Coordinator Stephen McGill to arrange for an appointment to do so in the office over the summer.
• Wednesday, June 19th
3:30-6:00pm by the Afterschool pickup area
• Monday, June 24
7:45-9:00am in the back of the auditorium
• Monday, June 24

We will also be creating Parent/Guardian Photo ID Cards during these sessions. All grownups will be required to display these IDs or an orange visitor sticker when inside the building following our new safety protocols:
- Guardians with badges must sign in with our School Safety Officer and display their badge for volunteering, parent-teacher conferences and scheduled appointments, Ryan Center, etc.
- Guardians with badges must show badge to School Safety Officer and display their badge for large schoolwide events such as PTA meetings, shows, Family Friday, etc).
- Guardians and other visitors WITHOUT badges MUST sign in using own photo ID and obtain and display an orange visitor sticker.
Please note: Lost badges will have a $5 replacement fee
